Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the SpaceArt app and website. By using SpaceArt you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use SpaceArt.
2. Who can use SpaceArt
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Credits
- Creating images, edits, effects and videos uses credits. The cost of each action is shown in the app before you create.
- Purchased credits never expire. Free credits are granted at our discretion (for example monthly to signed-in users) and can only be used for some features. Pro credits refill each plan period and don't roll over.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and are not refundable except where required by law or through Apple's refund process. If an AI generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
4. SpaceArt Pro subscriptions
- SpaceArt Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed weekly or yearly through your Apple ID. The price and plan are shown before you confirm.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. During a trial you get a limited number of credits.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and as far as we're concerned you own what you create with SpaceArt. You're responsible for how you use it. When you publish to Explore, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content within SpaceArt (including letting other users view and remix your prompt) until you remove it.
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content others create. You're responsible for making sure your use of it is lawful.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use SpaceArt to create, upload or share content that:
- is sexual, sexualizes minors, or shows nudity;
- promotes hate, harassment, bullying, violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
- depicts a real person in a way that's deceptive, defamatory or without their consent, or uses photos of other people without permission;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone.
Also don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of SpaceArt, or use it with automated scripts.
7. Moderation, reporting and blocking
We use automated checks and user reports to keep Explore safe. You can report posts, comments and users, and block users so you no longer see their content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms, without notice. Content reported by several users may be hidden automatically while it's reviewed.
8. Termination
You can stop using SpaceArt and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted or terminated for abuse.
9. Changes to the service
SpaceArt is evolving. We may add, change or remove features, AI models, styles and credit costs. We'll show current costs in the app before you spend credits.
10. Disclaimers
SpaceArt is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that output will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use SpaceArt means you accept the updated Terms.
